I'm the founder of NeuroNest Pediatric Therapy in Dallas, TX, and the voice behind @youreverydayot.

With advanced training in reflex integration, photobiomodulation and intensive therapy protocols, I built NeuroNest to offer families a concentrated, one-on-one model of occupational therapy that works on the sensory and motor foundations underneath a child's challenges.

On Instagram, I share the everyday side of that work: simple activities, the "why" behind them, and the toys and tools that make them easier at home. The question I get most is "What should I buy?" This shop is my answer.

How I choose products

• I use it or recommend it. Everything here is something I use in the clinic or suggest to families.
• It builds a real skill. Every item is tagged with the developmental skills it supports.
• Kids actually like it. A toy only helps if it gets played with.
• Honest about limits. Where a product needs therapist guidance or extra safety care, I say so.
